Included in this line are actually 2 x separate lines. One is setup to produce pistons for diesel engines and the other is setup to produce pistons for regular gas engines.
1. BRIEF DEscRIPTION OF EQUIPMENT COMPANY «FATA» CASTING FOR PISTONS OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINES
Equipment Company "FATA" is intended for the production of gasoline and diesel pistons with cast combustion chamber, no resistant insertion, the rod and the salt was purchased for the organization of production of new engines.
(3) Three units for the production of gasoline piston (total capacity - up to 492 parts per hour)
The composition of a Line:
- Chill machine with a cooling unit and removal of castings such as FM1 - 2 pcs.
- double crucibele distributing furnace (crucible capacity of 500 kg) - 1pc.
- Robot-type Melter RCE / UNO - 1 pc.
Specifications:
- Maximum diameter cast pistons - 100 mm.
- Dimensions 2750h1320h1800 mm.
- Mass of 3200 kg.
- Hydraulic fluid - H. SAFE 620.
- Performance of each machine type FM1 - up to 82 parts per hour at 100%
efficiency and up to 66 parts per hour at 80% efficiency.
Features machine FM1 can cast two pistons simultaneously.
(3) Three lines for the production of diesel pistons with no resistent inset, cast combustion chamber and cavity cooling (total capacity - up to 114 parts per hour)
The composition of a line:
- Chill swinging machine with node removal of the upper rod type MSB / 1 - 2 pcs.
- Multi-layered furnace for heating the salt rods - 2 pcs.
- double cricebele distributing furnace (crucible capacity of 500 kg) - 1 pc.
- furnace (capacity 250 kg) with a node aluminizing no resistent insert - 2 pcs.
Specifications:
- Maximum diameter cast pistons - 120 mm.
- The slope of the machines when casting - 0-40
- Dimensions 3200h1200h2000 mm.
- Mass of 2800 kg.
- Performance of each machine type MSB / 1 to 19 castings per hour at 100% efficiency and up to 15 castings per hour at 80% efficiency.

Additional equipment for the production of diesel pistons:
- Baling press with a force of 45 tons complete with a hydroelectric station and two devices for drilling rods salt.
- Oven to finish baking the salt cores.
- Set to dissolve the salt bars
- Set degreasing no resistent inserts complete with heat recovery.
- Design of heat treatment furnaces pistons.
- Data concentrator with software packages bundled with a peripheral device for auxiliary equipment.
Equipment is stored in a warehouse in seaworthy packing.
